How long will delivery take?
Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed within 24 hours and delivered to you shortly thereafter. Please allow 2-10 working days for delivery. However, if you need something urgently we offer an overnight airbag service, which may incur extra cost.

I have received my parcel and part of my order is damaged what can be done to resolve this issue?
If an item is damaged in your delivery, you will need to contact our customer service team with a photo and details of the damaged item.

What is your returns policy?
Our money back guarantee means that if for any reason that you are not satisfied with any item, we will refund the full purchase price, providing the goods are returned in unused condition and in original packaging within 14 days. This does not apply to specially ordered, non-stock items.
What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE for orders over $175 excluding GST, Order under $175 excluding GST will incur a $15 plus GST fee.
Are all products that are in-store available online?
Unfortunately, not all of our products that we sell in store will be available online for Pick upor Delivery. If there is a product you have seen in store and have questions you can always contact us here.
Do I need to create an account before purchasing?
Nope! You don’t need to have an account to purchase from yoclin.com. Just add your purchase to your cart and continue to payment method to checkout as a guest.
How do I place an online order for delivery?
Delivery allows you to shop online and have your order delivered straight to your door.
1. Choose your products online
2. Click add to cart for Delivery and confirm
3. When you have finished shopping, proceed to the payment method and confirm your delivery address
4.You’ll receive an email notification from us with tracking ID when your order is on the way
5. Your order is delivered to your door
